Exciting New Beef Shorthorn Bull From Canada Superb balance of easy calving, milk, growth and performance Following on from the tremendous stock sired by both Crooked Post Drover and DRS Super Mario, we're delighted to say Crooked Post Compass 30J now available in Ireland. This bull was a standout as a calf (pictured here at 10 months in photos 1 to 4 ), and was selected for both his phenotype and pedigree. His sire, Crooked Post Curfew 8F (pictured photo 7 ), is siring cattle with lots of natural thickness and softness, and that all important eye appeal. His dam (photo 5) is a super example of what a beef cow of any breed should be - balanced, feminine, beautiful udder and teat placement, and most importantly, producing a quality calf every year in a compact calving interval. His full sister can be seen in pic 10 after weaning her 2nd calf at 3 years and 9 months of age, and due again in the Spring. Straws are priced at €45 per unit, with a minimum of 5, and can be delivered anywhere in Ireland to your A.I. technician or on-farm flask by Bullbank who will be distributing for us.
