Butcher's Carbine watch pocket for 620 film/120 Antique pocket medium format film/plate camera From ~1916 (made since1912) . Collectible. Shutter fires, aperture works, bellows intact- no light leaks, lens free from fungi, can use 120 film, negative size 56x56 mm on roll film or 73x42 on a plate. Rare camera made by ICA Germany (Later Carl Zeiss ) for British market and branded Butcher's Carbine. *Info as accurate as I could find on internet Tiny camera - size of a box of cigarettes (nearly).
