I was in Galway on business and my car developed a problem, with both front springs collapsing. I had no choice but to get the repair done in Galway. I spent the next morning ringing around for someone to carry out the repair. I got speaking with Fergal in VP Motors, who explained that they were out the door with work but that he would try and sort me out to get me on my way. When I went down to him, I could see that they were really busy but he took it in. Then it transpired that the problem was bigger than first anticipated. However, he fixed the car and got me back on the road that night. The work was done expertly, it was good value and I found their overall levels of professionalism and helpfulness second to none. I don’t live anywhere near Galway, but if I did I know where I would get my cars serviced and repaired. I would recommend VP Motors. Thanks for getting me back on the road so quickly, Fergal. Cannot recommend V.P Motors enough! Absolutely wonderful and totally trusted. We went all the way from Dublin to Galway as just from the first communication via DoneDeal, it was obvious that lads are driven not by the quantity of the cars they sell but by the quality. We even received a detailed video (not just a short walk-around one) before our departure. Fergal is a true gentleman that you can rely on and made our new car purchase totally seamless (from details like taking our keys and parking our old car while we were checking a new one to giving us all the time we needed to explore our new car for as long as we needed). We didn't feel even a minute of pressure and had a very welcomed test-drive right away and a deal arranged 30 minutes later. Communication, professional attitude, transparency and the most important trustworthiness were at the core when we were choosing a car dealer but we got a way more than that and Fergal with Mick totally exceeded our expectations!
