I had a disappointing experience with this dealership. Despite assurances from Joe that the service history would be ready upon car collection, I've spent the last 7 weeks chasing them for it. Joe consistently claimed they hadn't received it yet and failed to follow up as promised. Additionally, the car was inadequately serviced—I had to refill a tire just 20 minutes after picking it up. Overall, the unprofessionalism and poor service make me strongly advise against using this dealership.
