BMW 5 Series 520d M Sport Saloon

I booked my BMW in for a recall and service at Frank Keane BMW Naas Road and the service was excellent. A replacement part had to be ordered which took couple of days, I was offered a courtesy car as a gesture, great customer care. Repairs were done to a fantastic standard. All staff I’ve had dealing with were really friendly. James from the service team looked after us and he was very helpful and professional from start to finish.

16th May 2024 I brought my car to recall today. When I came to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised because my car was washed and vacuumed. I didn't have a chance to thank anyone, so I'm doing it here: Thank you to anyone involved. I appreciate it

Car serviced this morning at Frank Keane BMW Motors, Naas Road, Dublin. Checked my car in online yesterday evening, which made everything very smooth on arrival. Chelsea was very helpful and kept me updated. I waited around for the car, as it was only a small service. If you need to wait anywhere for your car, the waiting area is comfortable with tea and coffee to hand. In addition, there is a great collection of vintage BMWs and a Ferrari to view.
