The staff are extremely professional, and all BMW dealerships should be providing the same quality of service as Joe Duffy. The mechanics actually know what they’re doing and my only regret is I didn’t use them sooner. Today, I had a Fem replacement completed on a 3 series and it was nearly half the price of a rival BMW dealership. I will be using them again!

my car is 10 years old. They always warn me about any warranty issues. The BMW dealer replaces spare parts at his own expense. I like that they have been following me for many years. I definitely recommend it

Had amazing customer experience on a few occasions recently - our car needed a few different repairs and each time the team (led by Dominic) made sure our car was seen & fixed asap, and did the best for us on cost. We had to call the garage over the weekend as we had follow up questions and each time Dominic returned our call quickly, and was very helpful. 5 stars all the way...thank you!
