We just bought our second Dacia Duster, traded in the previous and the service was very easy and straightforward and customer care wonderful. Paula is a fabulous help through the process and I highly recommend the professional service and advice.

Good motor retailer to work with. Salesman was on his game. Huge operation going on there. Did a deal pretty easy to be fair. Would have been a 5 star review but for the unexpected delay getting car ready once the deal was done. I guess it’s a sign of the times all maintenance garages are absolutely flat out. But car delivered and everything is good to go.

EDIT UPDATE - So a day after I posted my review, I received a call and my car was booked in to be looked at and I was provided with a loan car (on which I had to pay extra insurance on btw) The loan car was way smaller than my car, and it was a hassle driving with my family. Took a week and a half to fix the issue (which left wheel alignment issues, meaning it has to go back again!) Took nearly a week to receive a simple feedback email about what work was carried out on the car as I was just being passed off again and forgotten about - I had to follow up. I was promised a full tank of fuel on return of my car - It didn't happen and I had to go back there to get it done. Still left frustrated and still feeling after-sale service is none-existent Original Post: Has NOT been a pleasure dealing with CarStore in Cork. I bought my car in January 2024. First - there was a delay with delivery due to an issue with one of the wheels - Which they said they will sort out before delivering the car. (Which they refused to give details about and presented issues later). When I got the car, after it's been cleaned by Valet, there was mold and old food found in the back center console. After about 2 months of driving the car, I noticed a wobble when slowing down to stop or when I drive on the motorway at 100km ph. I contacted Shane as I know there was an issue with one of the wheels - they never said exactly what the issue was to this day. Shane advised "it's probably just a balancing issue" and offered to get it looked at. I said it would be nice, because I drive my children around. It's been over 4 weeks since I confirmed what my availability was to get this issue fixed and I have not heard anything back. There has just been empty promises made and no resolutions or action. Doubt I will be returning or advising anyone to buy there. They don't care once the sale is made.
