Phoned to make an enquiry. Got call back from Lorna , I think, during her lunch hour. She was only salesperson in that day. Left her with a couple of questions about a BMW to which she didn’t know the answers. Got call back later that day from her. Top class servive from a lady under pressure. Pity the car wasn’t for me. Would have like to have given the business to her.
