I had a really pleasant experience with these guys. After buying my car, they continued to look after me with any queries/uncontrollable issues I have had with it. They’re a decent trustworthy group that I would highly recommend.

Ongoing issues with a car I purchased from this crowd. It all began when I purchased the car which was apparently fully serviced  day before collecting said car and never gave them any issues. 2 bald tyres, break pads severely worn, shocks of the car gone only to be told that it was from wear and tear of driving it (3 months) not to mention coolant leaking daily and mixing with the oil which caused a bad burning smell from under the bonnet etc etc. after bringing the car to a very good mechanic that actually cares about customer service and his work, it turns out these cowboys had drilled a hole in the thermostat , in order to release pressure from said engine instead of changing the part(an old salesman trick ) to sell the car on so nobody would spot this when purchasing initially.  Make matters worse, this garage knew I require the use of this said car for travelling long distances with my child. Once they sell you a car and take the money they don’t care what they sell nor do they want to hear about it because Randles are never wrong 🙂 if giving 0 stars was an option they wouldn’t even get that much off me at this stage.
