Close friend of mine bought a car here recently, process was straightforward and Conor was pleasant to deal with. Driving the car a few days and we noticed a high pitched squeal from the back brakes, was dropping the car back anyways to have last minute work done the next week and mentioned the issue to the mechanic, who stated they would have a look. Was told they couldn’t find the issue; poor service here regardless but went on our way as my friend would be familiar with cars and decided to have a look himself. Took the wheel off which was very difficult in itself which shows it may not have been taken off, brakes had not been done as stated previously and the issue was obvious (backplate is bent, causing the noise). They either did not look at the brakes or decided it wasn’t their issue, regardless, warranty is useless, very disappointing only a couple weeks after purchase.

Was told brakes are checked with Service. Failed NCT a week later on 1 brake. Then charged a further 150 labour to loosen brake.
