Great customer service. I just bought a car from Waterford City Ford and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Milena was fantastic and really took the time to show me the cars and understand what I was looking for. She kept me up to date on everything and answered all questions really fast.

The girl at reception was very helpful and offered me a lift to nearest coffee shop,which I took. I received a video of main points of service, which never got anywhere before . Where went to pay, the girl Niamh, I think, told me the level of my tyres, so know to have them checked before winter again. Was also very impressed to see they had washed the car, the first garage I ever went to,always did this after a service, Have been to three other garages over the years, even the one I bought the car off, didn't do this. . I will be back. Thank you.
