Me and my Husband bought a van and a few Hilti power tools from here. At first we weren’t sure of the process, and we seen some comments that made us a bit unsure of. I called them and asked them about the stuff they sell, they said they do not test any items, but we were more than welcome to come and look at them ourselves. That’s what we did, went up on a Tuesday at Lunchtime, the guys in the office were so helpful and the yard guy couldn’t do enough. He gave us the keys of the van, my husband spent 30mins checking it, and found a few very small things wrong with it, but it’s the same as it would be on Dondeal! The tools caught his eye and the yard guy came over and told us we are more than welcome to try ourselves. At this stage we had been put at ease on the items we wanted to bid on, and the auction process and the fees. We are very happy with everything we got, it’s a great place and has a lot of stock To anyone who wants to bid: Do not listen to the reviews here, we found it extremely transparent, all items are there for testing and the staff are very friendly. Thanks again guys Sally & Mick

Buyer beware - selling broken non-functioning items against the house (they bid the items up and then ring you back to see if you would still take it). Bought x8 items from them from large generator to hand tools. x7 items not working. Seized engine in lawnmower - simple to test with pull chord but they don't check it (1second test). Shoved 2 different manufacturer items together for a pole saw (of course didn't work). Do your homework and look at make and models - most items are old and not worth the money. Far better off go on DoneDeal. I'm convinced they knowingly sell these broken items, they bid against you, and don't care about their reputation. emailed them my issues the next day - no reply. Inflated secret additional charges to sale prices too so be careful - some items were cheaper to buy new. AVOID
