Fantastic. Wide selection of parts for all models. Ordered my parts and got an expected arrival date. Mark from customer services got onto me and explained that there was a slight delay with the order and asked if I'd like to follow through with the order (I was ordering for an older machine). I acknowledged same and explained that once it arrived within the month and all was sorted I'd be happy out. Sure enough the order arrived within the month and everything is fitted and working well. Thanks for throwing in the spark plug, very much appreciated (even got the model spot on; now most places wouldn't do that). Will be using the website soon again no doubt.

After making an order and being told it would take a little time as it was not in stock I was politely offered a refund if it was needed urgently. After looking elsewhere I realised not only were Lawnmower Parts Online much cheaper but that I had ordered the wrong item. I got back to LPO and asked to change the order offering to pay the extra cost of my revised order. The new item was promptly delivered and the addition cast waived. Outstanding personal old fashioned service.
