Fantastic service that matches the quality of the bikes they sell. Had an issue with my recently purchased r1250gsa. I dropped in without a booking to get it looked at. Lukas in the service department couldn’t have been more helpful. They took the bike in straight away, had a loan bike to get to work and the bike back fixed in the afternoon. Clear explanation of the issue when I picked the bike up. A very nice touch was getting the bike back cleaned.
