I recently purchased my first BMW from Keary's Motorad, and I am delighted. The experience dealing with Dierdre was a pleasure, she couldn't be more obliging and went over and above to ensure everything was as simple and enjoyable as possible. I recently bought a 2020 BMW S1000RR from Keary’s Motorrad in Cork. I dealt with Deirdre Crowley and I have to say it was a pleasure. I have purchased 2019 S1000RR in December and dealth with Jeremiah.
Since then I had a lot of issues and very bad experience
On the way home I start to notice the problems- (clutch gone, front forks rattling, quickshifter not working, bad engine noise).

I sent the bike back to Kearys using BMW roadside assistance. They said it was fixed, but when I got it back it was even worse- it has been dropped and had came back with scratches and bents, engine compartiment was open and they used silicone to fix it which was left all over the place. They admited there is damage on the bike and couldn't explain how it happen but informed me straight away won't fix it because It is expensive to be done.
Apart from this, none of the other issues was fixed,
I also have been lied about number of previous owners when purchased (They said 1 previous owner, but found out later it had 3)
I rang multiple times to find a solution because I was woried, but always my calls were hang up.
I sent the bike again and they ask me to collect it few days later, informing me they couldn't find anything wrong with it and no work was carried.

I have been told as a fact by Jeremiah the bike I bought was owned by a good friend of the Kearys owner and  he pushed them to sell it
