The house is also right next to the large communal swimming pool. The area is renowned for its many beautiful beaches and wonderful golf courses. The house is just 5 minutes walk from a vibrant strip of Bars and restaurants and only 10 minute walk from the nearest beach and marina. There is a water park and a fair ground a short 15 minute drive/Taxi /Bus journey away in Torrevieja. Terra Mitica Theme Park, Mundomar Animal/Sea Life/Bird Park and Aqualandia Water Park are all within driving distance from the house but can also be accessed by private coach day trips. There are lots of water activities available at the local marina such as Scuba Diving, Boat Trips, Boat Hire, Pedal Boats and Jet Skis.
