I pad pro 12'9 256gb wi-fi + cellular

Bought it in July 2022 for almost 1500e ( invoice available), not working, something related to charging. Was charged to 100% and while in use the battery level was going down by a few percent every so often, when reached 0% don't want to charge anymore, battery condition was more than 95% when this happened. Apple trade offers me 400e but I don't want to have any more apple products. The overall condition is very good ( protective glass - zero scratches on the screen) comes with original packaging and case. Apparently the cost of fixing it is approx 200/ 250e max.
