Absolutely poor piece of kit. Drilled 8 holes of 4mm on a 1mm thick sheet and got stuck. Never moved got replaced by the company. The replacement model that company delivered was water damaged . Mold in the cardboard, water marks every where, every nut and bolt was rusted as if it was dug out of bog!

Horrendous QC or pretty much non-existent, total waste of time dealing and buying with them. There is no QC happening at their end so better off buying elsewhere than wasting your time.

Sent pillar to post over the phone to lodge the complain, waiting for refund which they said will be issued when the machine is collected, everything as per their convenience.

Wouldnt buy again.

Very disappointed with my visit to this store. I had ordered an item from here and it was advised that it was available for collection. However when I went to the store, it wasn't actually in stock. Frustrating but it was not a massive deal as I could wait for it to be back in stock. I was advised by the staff that the item would be soon available and that I could collect it during the week. However, when I returned to the store, no stock was available! It was an extremely annoying matter as I need the item to carry out some work. The store wasted my time twice. False promises were given and no solutions offered (maybe improve customer service to arrange the item to be delivered as an alternative) and I am now annoyingly having to source the item elsewhere while waiting for a refund.
