An antique English ceramic biscuit barrel produced by Burgess Brothers at the Carlisle Works in Longton, Staffordshire, England. • Date: Circa 1922–1939 (Art Deco period). • Pattern: Carlisle Ware (Pattern 883). It is rendered in a vivid, hand-finished English Imari style, characterized by cobalt blue panels, rust-orange/terracotta floral swags, a bright green center medallion, and delicate gold gilt detailing.
