Two unique antique beds - double and king size

On the left is a king-size bed. Made of solid walnut approximately 150 years ago in the Louis XVI style. The bed has extended side slats to accommodate a 200 cm king-size mattress. Every 100 years, the average person increases in height by 15 cm. Consequently, many antique beds are only 190 cm long. Price with mattress base: 1600 euros The double bed on the right is made of solid beech. It was made approximately 80 years ago. We painted it with a water-based ash gray paint. The gold foil shows through the paint, an intentional effect.
