Vintage German beer mug KM Bavaria

A classic, collectible German beer mug with a lid (known as a German beer stein). The vessel is made of white porcelain or ceramic, decorated with traditional cobalt-blue floral motifs and the image of a lion (often associated with Bavarian symbolism). The stein features a distinctive, decorative metal lid—typically made of pewter (containing approximately 95% tin, marked as *Zinn*). The green "KM Bavaria" mark on the bottom identifies the piece as a product of the German manufacturer Royal Porzellan Bavaria KM (also known as KPM in later years). This specific graphic design—featuring a distinctive, stylized "KM" logo and a flowering sprig—was primarily used during the 1950s and 1960s. Thank you for your attention. Please see my other items.
