Grohe Toilet

Selling a brand new, uninstalled Grohe Bau Ceramic close-coupled WC set. The toilet is complete and still in its original packaging.  ⚠️ IMPORTANT PLUMBING NOTE: Please note that this is a European-spec model with a horizontal outlet (P-trap) going out the back, rather than the standard vertical/bottom outlet (S-trap) found in some older Irish homes. This works perfectly in Ireland if your soil pipe exits straight through the wall behind the toilet, or it can be easily adapted with a flexible pan connector. Please double-check with your plumber to ensure this suits your bathroom setup before purchasing!  Key Features: Bullet Rimless Bowl: No hidden rim, making it far more hygienic and much easier to clean.  Bullet Premium Seat: Comes with a matching Grohe soft-close and quick-release seat.  Bullet All-Inclusive: The box contains everything needed for the unit (bowl, cistern, and seat).  Bullet High-Quality Ceramic: Finished in Grohe's durable Alpine White.  Dimensions Bullet Total Height: 772 mm  Bullet Total Depth (Projection from wall): 619 mm  Bullet Maximum Width (Pan/Seat): 364 mm  Bullet Cistern Width: 343 mm  Bullet Cistern Depth: 153 mm  Bullet Bowl/Seat Height: 420 mm (from floor)  Plumbing Connections & Clearances Bullet Waste Outlet Outer Diameter: ⌀102 mm  Bullet Waste Outlet Height (Center): 180 mm above floor level  Bullet Back Clearance (Floor to waste cutout): 135 mm from wall  Bullet Water Inlet Size: ⌀3/8" (side connection, 72 mm down from the top of the cistern)  The box has a bit of dust from sitting in the shed, but the contents inside are pristine and untouched.  Message if you have any questions or want to arrange a viewing
