Ikea Flottebo Sofa Bed (Rare) Single - great price!

EXCELLENT CONDITION SINGLE SOFA/BED, and a very cool unique piece. Was used infrequently as guest bed/office sit down space. We have moved house last year, and we haven't had much use for it since. Pictures show (hopefully) excellent condition. I have used the opportunity to tighten up the bolts and screws for you (photo). The cover is clean, I need to get it down from attic, tricky to access, hope to have down in a few days. Comes with side table, and magnetic clips, both were extras we paid for, and instructions. To save us time for photos, I have not screwed in the legs, installed the underside black storage net, added the table or put on the grey cover (beautiful material). You will see we are storing the bed neatly behind a table waiting to sell it as of today. There is picture of the frame closed over with a yellow strap holding it closed (it's spring loaded, the weight of the mattress keeps it down), that's how it should be transported. It's absolutely brilliant design, no squeaks or cheap sounding creaks. It's exactly like the video link I posted above. Mechanically, the lifting mechanism (gas struts etc) is in perfect condition (photos). The bed slats are in perfect shape, no warps/dips, have tried to show this in a photo. Mattress perfect, no dips or worn spots, you will be able to see/sit on for yourself. The mattress appears to have yellowed, I wonder is this due to the sofa cover over time doing this. It is perfectly clean and hygienic, it is a little bit more yellow'd than the pictures make it out to be. I know it looks 'crinkley' in the pictures and might give the impression it was heavily used, but it's the cover material that seems to do this. As I say, you'll see when you come by, mattress is perfect. Sadly, I am missing one of the 'socks' that cover the legs, they are cosmetic and to be honest we didn't use them and didn't even notice when we moved house and set the bed up again. I have some handy riser blocks if you wish raise the bed up (home-made) to give more clearance, and we are happy to throw in a single duvet (great condition). These sofas/beds don't come round often, the Flottebo's will be a collectors item in time no doubt. More than welcome to come by and view/verify everything before buying, happy to set up for you.
