Selling 2x Urban Belgian Bikes (Achielle Sam & Saar)

Myself and my wife are selling our city bikes from Achielle. We haven't used them much since moving our of the city center and have kept them under over for around a year. The are fun to ride and extremely high quality; both have a 3 speed system operated under the handlebars. While both have been washed, the would both likely be in need of a service (have previously been serviced at Rothar, Phibsborough, where we purchased them from) with the ladies bike also in need of a slow puncture repair on the rear tire. Both have been kept out of the rain under cover but there is some minor rusting on some components (as visible in the pics). Given the need for service, I'm ok to sell for 50% value. Both were 950 new so will sell each one for 475. Both include Kryptonite lock. Looking at the pictures, the ladies bike is the green Saar and the mens is the black Sam.
