Dutch barge, type Kaganaar, 14m x 3.5m x 0.8m. Flat bottom, shallow draught, keel cooling. Originally a riveted iron workboat, built around 1900. Converted to motor houseboat, probably 1970's. New Mitsubishi 4 cylinder 50HP diesel engine and gearbox. Good size double cabin with huge wardrobe forward. Galley / dining area midships. Full size gas cooker / fan oven, sink, 12 volt fridge. Bathroom with shower, electric toilet and WHB midships. 260 litre holding tank. Large wheelhouse / saloon aft. Full headroom throughout. Warm air heater plus oil fired stove. Hot water from calorifier, plus new gas water heater. Shore power circuit with 2.5 KW / 30 Amp inverter charger. 2 x 140AH house batteries, new starter battery & split charge unit. 350 watt solar panel. Boat is fully compliant with Waterways Ireland regulations, permit to Nov 2026. 2025 survey report available.
