Sail boat and inflatable dinghy & dinghy outboard

Reluctantly selling my Leisure 17 - a great step-up boat from dinghy sailing, or equally ideal if downsizing from a larger sailing boat. Piper sails like a much larger boat, yet is very light on the helm, and feels safe in a blow. Twin keels, and a draft of just over 2 foot mean that you can sail in locations which would be off-limits to a single keel. Piper comes with a well maintained road trailer, with good tyres, and a spare wheel. A dinghy with outboard is also included in the sale. The boat has been lifted out of the water at the end of each season, and is very dry. There is an active owners association, with lots of assistance available for any query you might have during ownership. Note: the outboard motor included is a dinghy outboard.
