Misty Waters is a 62' narrowboat which has done every inch of the navigable waterways of Ireland. She's great on the canals & rivers and also extremely good in rougher weather on the lakes. She has just had a full out of water survey done on the 26th of April 2025 and passed with honours, this will suffice for insurance purposes for the next five years What Misty Waters really is is a home, and a very comfortable one at that. Will sleep 4 easily. The sofa is from a company in the UK who specialise in seating/sleeping products for narrow boats. There's full storage underneath both compartments of the sofa and they both join up to make a double bed. The main bed is raised in the bow above the bow thruster and main water tank which gets really toastie on cold winters nights. Theres full storage underneath with a purpose built cabinet. Misty Waters is fully self sufficient with a huge water tank, very sizable holding tank, a 280 diesel tank, 3 x 150watt solar panels and 2 x 150amp Trojan batteries which are 3 years old. Theres a 12 volt fridge which is very easy on the batteries, an 8 kilowatt multi fuel stove with an eco fan and its rare that one would need the fire stacked. There's a gas cooker with the bottles in a purpose built locker in bow with the proper scuppers/ventilation. There's also a 1000 watt inverter. Theres a brand new toilet, 2 fan lights in the roof which aid ventilation on extremely hot days but their covered with boxes to stop condensation in winter. 6 new anodes added in '22. Lister petter 40 hpr engine fully serviced. Boat builder was Fenmatch and she was built in 1989
