Epoxy , Polyurethane Heavy Duty Floor Paint

This ad is for 5 lts pack of 2 part Epoxy or Polyurethane heavy duty floor paint and hardener. USES: This paint can be used on new or previously painted floors where a heavy duty anti-slip coating is required. NEW FLOORS : Epoxy primer is applied at 25 microns to etch the floor and insure adhesion, This is the most important part of the systems to stop flaking or peeling . The paint is a 2 part system with components mixed on site as they are chemically cured. The epoxy primer supplied for new floors has a re-coating time of 2 hours allowing 2 coats to be applied in the 1 day. Components: (A) 4.5lt base (B) .5lt curing agent 9:1 ratio. Epoxy paint: By its nature is a heavy duty coating that can be at high film thickness for more resistance to wear, it has a gloss, satin or matt finish and can be used with non slip aggregates where required . Polyurethane Paint: This paint is more a hard glossy thin applied finish for better cleaning properties, where this is required it can also be used with the non slip aggregates. Testing : We can supply a moisture meter if necessary to check the concrete is dry for paint, also a test may be required on power floated floors to check how porous the floor is and determine what preparation is required.
