Topcon RL-H4C (Classic Model): In good used condition. This is a legendary workhorse, perfect as a primary or reliable backup unit. Key Details: • Tested: Both units power on, self-level successfully (solid green light), and the laser heads spin smoothly/silently. • Function: Manual slope/tilt functions are fully operational. • Power: Both include their rechargeable battery packs.
