Business for sale - website management

This is a website management/maintenance business for sale with subscribed clients on our monthly subscription plans. Currently there’s about 24 grand a year of subscribed clients for website maintenance plans and one or two on SEO subscription. Plus another 2-4 grand on website hosting. The website also brings in new website development clients and has a potential to scale significantly on a subscription basis for website maintenance and various digital marketing plans. Due to other commitments, I am selling this business with the client subscriptions in place. This means that you will hit the ground running with roughly €25 k per year coming in. The business has been going for about two years and includes the website, great brand name, domain ownership, brochure, branded email marketing templates, logo files et cetera. The price is based on (less than) 3 x the current annual income , 60 K. It should be more. No time wasters. This is a real business with real income and real Irish company clients. I did have it up to nearly 6K per month until one of the clients took their 3.5k monthly spend business in house, but with a little effort and marketing would be easy enough to scale this business significantly and lock more clients into a predictable subscription / retainer income, plus being able to cross sell them new website builds and other digital marketing services. All of the website management and client hosting, can be done by remote or third-party companies. I will pass on all details of our main website development remote partners who handle technical support for us and who do some digital marketing services to the new owner. We will also share the accounts and income information. and the current client contacts. They asking price for this business 60,000 euro is not negotiable. Ideal for someone who wants a business ready-made in a box with paying clients which is highly scalable and based on a subscription model.
