Due to serious time wasters I’m willing to give away more equity in order to secure a deal asap. This is an opportunity to get in at ground level of a very unique business situated just off Washington Street in Cork City Centre. The venue is ready to open with 3 businesses under one roof with a fourth venue to be redesigned and opened within 12 months. Business 1 will be a gentleman’s club, business 2 will be Corks biggest nightclub venue, business 3 will be a vip club , business 4 yet to be decided. I’m looking for a loan of €200,000 for a return of €400,000 within 12 months or I’m willing to give 33% percentage of nett profit for a silent partner. I have 36 years experience in Cork City nightlife and I’m looking to create something rare, special and fun.
