Sigma DP2 Merrill

For sale a rare Sigma DP2 Merrill, a legendary camera cherished by connoisseurs. This used camera is in good condition and fully functional. Enthusiasts will recognise its reputation, but for others, extensive information is available online. In brief, it features a Foveon sensor renowned for exceptional sharpness and colour fidelity, especially in monochrome. The camera boasts an APS-C sensor paired with a fixed 30mm focal length, equivalent to 45mm in full-frame terms. This makes it compact and lightweight, ideal for travel and street photography. Some experts describe it as a pocket-sized medium format camera or a modern alternative to traditional film cameras. It compares well with models like the Ricoh GR, Nikon Coolpix A, and Fuji X100.
