Description
***Price Reduced*** 1976 Volkswagen T2 2 litre fuel injected petrol engine Automatic Gearbox Genuine Original Westfalia Berlin (original camper, not a conversion) I have owned this bus since 2011 and have taken it all over Ireland, the UK and France. It was imported from Arizona, USA (dry state) in 2011 by Krazy Kombis in Kilkenny and has been dry stored since when not in use so very solid bus with no rust. The engine was fully rebuilt when I bought it. The 2 litre automatic engine is very easy to drive and will easily cruise at 60+mph on the motorway. This is an oringal Westfalia factory camper. The Berlin interior is a side kitchen layout which is basically the same as vw are still using today in their California Vans. - Sleeps four comfortably (3/4 width rock'n'roll bed plus full size double in pop top roof) - 4 Seat Belts (2 x 3 point seat belts front, 2 x lap belts in rear) - Swivel passenger seat - 2 ring gas hob - Fridge - Fresh water tank - Underslung lpg gas tank - Leisure electric system with split charge and electric hookup - Tow Bar - LHD (great for trips to the continent!) Use as is as a camper or a great platform for a full resto A few little bad points... - Leisure electric system is not working; I have not had it checked so it may be just the battery - There is a small oil leak, it has been there as long as we have owned the van but it drives perfectly, just top up the oil as required - missing a hub cap Price €17,500 ono. Calls after 6pm on weekdays or weekends. Van can be viewed by appointment (currently in storage)
