The exceptional General Manager, Arlene, put us at ease from our very first conversation and made the whole process so easy from start to finish. Arlene was always on hand to answer our many queries as well as give us so many hints and tips ahead of our trip. She also made sure the handover was not only very informative and detailed, but also user friendly, which was brilliant as this was our very first time in a motorhome. The van was spotless on pick up and just added to the whole experience making it a real home from home.
