Bargain Compact 4-Berth Motorhome

I had a problem with a Thetford fridge ( Rollerteam T Line 740) and after exhausting forums and FB advice I contacted local dealers for assistance . Abbey Caravans not only went above and beyond in their efforts to help , but were communicative and proactive . Replacement fridge sourced and installed before the booked date . I cannot rate the service I got from Abbey Caravans and Leiure highly enough and will be back for whatever work the motorhome needs . To give some context the response I got from the largest MH dealer in NI was the polar opposite of what Abbey Caravans & Leisure offered. Once the large MH dealer found out I hadnt purchased the MH direct from them their avaialble service dates increased by 3 months . Abbey Caravans and Leisure have also provided a solution to installing a smart TV and sourced a suitable bracket from another brand of motorhome. The team at Abbey Caravans & Leisure are tremendous and the service they provided was excellent . If youre looking for a local business with personalised , proactive and customer facing service coupled with a genuine desire to deliver a great service then Abbey Caravans & Leisure should be top of your list . Just bought our first motorhome from these guys. Lovely people who were happy to take the time to explain and demonstrate everything. Had a good range of vans and some great prices. Helped us choose the right one for our family and then made sure we got the accessories we needed, also at a good price. Fantastic stock of parts and consumables in the shop and there's nothing Heather can't find. Thank you to Jim, Gareth, Heather and Philip for taking the time to help us pick the right van and then for a professional handover and demonstration.

Called on Saturday morning with a leisure battery issue and spoke with Heather. Brought my camper down and Heather and Gareth were great. Short notice but they managed to sort a new leisure battery for me and fit it. Great customer service from Gareth who couldn’t have been more helpful!
