Camper Van

Renault Master LWB van. Still registered as commercial van. Have all receipts for camper build. Needs finishing. Unfortunately time isnt something i have to finish the project. Genuine reason for sale. Gas still to be installed and engineer sign off required for cvrt camper registration. Will make a great camper van once finished. Can sell with or without Victron solar system (worth over €2500). All items fitted have never been used, including the bed and bedding. Over €10k of gear installed from insulation through to gas 2 burner hob and sink combi. Dometic fridge freezer. Very economical. 100ah lithium Victron battery. Bluetooth technology to monitor solar generation. App required. Diesel heater. Gets the van toasty and 3 layers of insulation holds the heat. Great for winter and summer. Designed the van for off grid. But can also install hook up relatively easily. Allowed for 1 double socket in kitchen on hookup and would be straight forward to route additional cables where required. 2x usb sockets included (not fitted). Touch on and off individual down lights with master switch behind drivers seat. So all lights can be isolated when leaving the van. Lots of receipts with van. Van runs and drives well. It has been off road for a while due to personal circumstances so will require a service. Hence the service light showing on dashboard. Always had work done where and when required. Serviced regularly when was in daily use. Will make a good retirement project. Also included is the crewcab seats. This will require signing off by engineer however, it was installed following engineers recommendations. Just never got around to finishing it off to enjoy. Bodywork in good condition but odd marks etc to be expected for a van this age. No tax or DOE. Any mechanic inspection welcome. No time wasters or dreamers please. Only serious offers considered.
