I recently bought a Volkswagen Passat from Font Motors, and Peter made the whole experience fantastic. He was so, so friendly and made everything super easy from start to finish. He made sure I felt comfortable and happy with my purchase, and the car was handed over fully serviced and spotless. I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the car and the service I received. I bought a VW Tiguan from FONT Motors in August and I couldn't be more content dealing with Peter. He was very helpful and accommodating in all that had to be done. He even made an appointment on a Sunday. As I'm German and was not so used to the Transport department's time frames Peter calmed me down because I was so nervous about the VRC that didn't come soon. The car is great, Peter's a gentleman and I highly recommend FONT Motors Ballina.

Top class service.  Bought a Qashqai from them and could not have been happier with their service and the process. Peter is a top guy. Highly recommended.

Font Motors went above and beyond, providing a full major service including the timing belt, water pump, brake discs, pads, and more. Plus, they gave me a 1-year warranty, which shows their confidence in the quality of their work. The whole team is clearly trustworthy.

To top it all off, they delivered the car directly to my doorstep and Peter assisted me with all the paperwork, making everything smooth and hassle-free.

Unsure if zero stars possible. First and only review I’ll ever write but mindful of warning any potential customers/victims away. Owner is a complete disgrace of a human being never mind as a salesperson. Purchased RR Evoque 6 months ago, on collection I noticed damage to rear taillight- owner Peter promised he had ordered replacement rear taillight and would deliver once in stock along with logbook. I also reported stuttering issue while driving which I reported within one week and he promised would be covered under warranty. As of today I have only received logbook as I threatened legal action + reported him to guards. No sign of replacement taillight or follow up car service/investigation and have given up attempting to get it. Made the mistake of collecting car and trusting him to follow through on his promises. After collection he refused to answer my calls/respond to my texts. Legal action resulted in an employee ringing to say log book would be posted. Peter himself too much of a coward to phone me. Seek alternative dealerships as Peter is a liar and a coward and an absolute disgusting human being. A car is a car at the end of the day but don’t treat people in such a pathetic manner. Do yourself a favour and spend your well earned money elsewhere, somewhere you are guaranteed some sort of an after service and deal with someone who appreciates your business. I am left driving my wife’s car now until we can afford to fix up
the jeep. I am lucky to have this option but know many won’t. Again please take my words of caution on board, I’d hate to see anyone else be treated like this.Regards, Luke.
