Stealth Campervan

If you make less than 500 euro a week, this might be for you. After all, why would you work 2 weeks a month just to pay rent?? This is a STEALTH campervan. That means it needs to look like a normal van, since parking companies never want people to live there. It' s a 2009 renault master LM35, 2.5 DCI About 170.000 km on clock The roof is completly coverd with solar pannels. (600 euro in 2020) The electricity is not a problem in the summer months. Has a diesel heater, with separate fuel tank, it cost less than 1 euro per day to heat up, even in January. Air max vent (worth about 450 euro) Stainless steel sink with runnig water and stove (400 euro) Excellent isolation, made with poliurithane sheets. On the sides it has 10 cm, 7 and 5. Also 5 cm on the ceiling, 2.5 cm on the floor. Completly insulated, i used about 20 spray foam cans just for the joints and crevases. (1400 EURO) Also i used about 10 sheets of 18 mm MARINE PLYWOOD (800 EURO IN 2020) Sliding door in the middle that separates kitchen from bedroom. AMPLE STORAGE ROOM Back door and side door are completly bolted with the 18mm plywood sheets, since some people always try to rob vans. Only way for acces is thru a locked door in the front. The van itself has a new battery, bought in September 2024. (136 euro) The inside system was made for three 12V, 200A batteryes but ONLY ONE is left. It will have to be replaced in about 1 year. It has 2 separate invertors, 200W for the bedroom and 2000W for the kitchen. The van was not driven since 2020, but the engine was turned on every 2-3 months, to keep it running smooth. Also all the light bulbs were removed, including the fuses. Nothing wrong with them but they turned on when entering the van with a remote, atracting attention. Removing the fuses did not stop the orange blinking when locking by remote. This tiny home served me good for 4 years. But i had to move on with my life and spend all the money that the greedy landlord never got...
