2003 Elddis Avante 5 berth Caravan with Awning

5 berth. Main living space pulls out to a double bed and secondary space pulls into a double and a bunk. Spaces are divided by a door for privacy. We bought this as a starter caravan 3 years ago. There is no damp in this caravan. Appliances working perfect. Includes awning, (This is old as seen in picture but functions perfectly). Will include electric connections, toilet connections etc. Small bit of wear and tear on this caravan as expected with one this age but nothing that affects function. It is a very sturdy caravan and would make a great starter caravan for a small family. Open to reasonable offers. No time wasters please.
