Elddis Avante 524 *needs work*

Selling our 4 berth Elddis Avante 524 as we are upgrading to a 6 berth early next year, The rear right needs attention in 2 areas, we had a tap leak in the bathroom and the door seal needed replacing recently -these caused some damp which is shown in pictures. The caravan is otherwise fully functioning, battery is old so may need replacing soon. There are brand new tyres on the caravan and the upholstery was professionally steam cleaned in April. The interior was completely repainted. Open to offers. Sold as seen.
