Fleetwood 4 berth Caravan 2006

We are selling our much loved caravan , sleeps 4 but we only used it for 2 . Everything working bar gas part of heater , but we never used electric part , we also never used the gas oven . There had been a leak at front window which had been fixed when we bought it 3 years ago it’s never leaked since we have it , it’s as dry as a bone. Black out blinds and fly screens on windows and door . Water heater and pump working as should . Cassette Toilet and shower all working . Steps and water drum included. Awning included . Under floor front and back leg supports replaced and water proved . Great starter caravan
