Handcrafted Teardrop Trailer , Cosy, Unique & Full of Charm Reluctantly parting with our one-of-a-kind handmade teardrop trailer, lovingly crafted in the UK in 2016 and shipped over to Ireland in 2023. The outer shell is made from pure cotton canvas, stretched over a timber frame and painted for durability and charm. This is how tear drops were originally made in America in the 1920’s. Inside, you’ll find rustic tongue-and-groove panelling and a ceiling papered with maps of the Lake District. The layout is as clever as it is cosy: ✨ A fold-away table transforms into a spacious king-sized bed ✨ Two charming hammocks for extra sleeping space or relaxing with a book ✨ A little hatch connects the living space to the kitchen – ideal for passing wine or snacks through on a summer evening Around the back, open the door to reveal the outdoor kitchen: Two gas hobs Sink with tap Two pull-out countertops for prepping meals. She runs on a 12v system and has a brand-new battery and charger (installed May 2025, €450), so you can charge up on site and enjoy evenings lit with fairy lights, sipping wine and laughing with friends. She has also under floor heating so it’s really cosy on cold nights . It comfortably sleeps 4 and has given us magical memories, especially with the kids who adore the hideaway hammocks and storybook vibes. Only selling because we’ve upsized for longer trips but this trailer has our hearts and will be perfect for someone who loves character, connection, and camping done the cosy way.
