Description
The ideal candidate should - • Have some knowledge of motor parts, equipment and accessories. • Have excellent people skills in order to interact with customers and colleagues. • Have basic computer skills. • Be comfortable and efficient working alone and as part of a team. • Provide accurate and professional advice on products including specification, pricing and availability. • Respond to sales enquiries and convert to new orders. • Maintain and develop existing and new customer relationship. • Contact suppliers and ensure smooth deliveries, following company procedures checking incoming goods against supplier's delivery notes. • Store stock safely while ensuring the store is kept tidy and well presented. • Help to maintain the premises.
