Pair Vintage Chinese Rugs

From the Art Deco Period, an almost pair (one is bordered in black, the other in dark blue) of hand made Chinese rugs of vegetable dyed wool, in excellent condition, though the black bordered one is slightly worn. Each of these delightful and subtle rugs has a pattern of a bonsai tree in growing in an ornate bowl, the delicate black branches bedecked with flowers of pink and blue and purple, all against a pale background.
