100% recommended these lads! Me and my partner got our first car and it couldn't of went any smoother buying off these. Buying a used car is always a challenge so warranty is very important. I bought a nice automatic VW Touran detailed and shined. After a week the Gearbox sounded strange noise. I contacted ALCAN and they inmediately sent me to a garage of my choosing. Replacing the clutch/flywheel went to almost 2000 euros. Not only repaired was done and paid for, but, more important, Alan have previously sent into my bank 50% of repair quoted charges. I tried to return the 850 euros and to my surprise, Alan graciously asked me to keep it for the inconvenience. My car is in perfect condition and I recommend this shop to anyone.
