I recently bought a VW Polo from Darren at Duffy Auto Services Dealership, and I had a great experience. Darren is a very genuine and helpful person to deal with. From the beginning, he answered all my questions patiently and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The car was delivered exactly as promised — very clean and with the first service already done. Everything Darren told me, he followed through on. Even though he sells many cars every day, he remains very humble, down to earth, and never shows off. That really stood out to me. Visited Darren at Duffy Auto Services last Friday to view a Seat Leon Estate as part of a day long trip visiting various Car Dealerships to test drive Estate cars that caught my eye. The Seat was presented in lovely condition and drove extremely well but ultimately wasn't what the car I was after. Darren followed up that afternoon with a quick call and when I explained that I wasn't sure the Seat was what I was after he said not to worry and that to call him anytime if I found a car in another dealership and he would share his knowledge on what to look for with the car in question. You can't argue with that for professional service !!. We found Darren and Hannah absolutely lovely to deal with and we honestly could have spent the day chewing the cud with them on cars and life in general. A very positive experience.

We just purchased a car from Darren today and I have to commend Darren on his excellent customer service skills. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and completely transparent throughout the process. We live in Cork so he had no hesitation sending WhatsApp videos of the car and carrying out any requests I made to him before we went to his garage to purchase it.
