Bought an E class estate from jack in March, Really easy and enjoyable experience, arranged a viewing of the car.. literally gave me the keys to look over and take for a drive, no pressure, no tactics just straight talk and personable service. Had a slight warranty issue (common fault), rectified swiftly and arranged a loan car whilst I was without. No issues with the car, very clean and well looked after. This is why you deal with independant dealers like this and when I am in the market in the future I will be calling jack again.

Needed a car and saw a nice clean looking one on jack o sullivan cars. Wanted to look at it and jack was very helpfull. Had the car a week now and im so happy with it . Salescat was very stoic and a tough negotiator but I knew we had come to a fair trade when the purring started. We enjoyed our interaction with Jack O'Sullivan cars. He was really helpful and we are pleased with the car we drove away with. It was in great condition and well cleaned.
