2004 Rover Streetwise 1.4 Petrol

2004 Rover Streetwise - will consider reasonable offers.

1.4 petrol with the K-Series engine. No issues with the head gasket in the two years since I bought it. Coolant level has always stayed the same.

No tax or NCT - currently declared off road.

This is a project and will need some work to get back on the road.

I have replaced the brake pads and the exhaust back box. I also replaced the throttle position sensor.

I welded up both sills, they are now solid.

I have silicone sealed the sunroof and areas in the boot (common leakage points in Rover 25s & Streetwises) I removed the interior and gave it a full clean including carpets. Headlining is sagging and is held up with pins.

Gave it a full service around 2000 miles ago (new oil, oil filter, air filter & spark plugs).

Will likely need four new tyres and a patch of welding on the rear chassis leg. Also the drivers window often refuses to go down, however does always go back up. Passenger window is fine.

Price is €600 but will consider reasonable offers. These are rare cars with fewer than ten left in Ireland.
