2005 Porsche 911 997 C2S – Hartech Rebuild - PPI

- 2005 model Carrera 2 S (997.1 with the 3.8L) - 92,000 kms on the clock - Full Hartech engine rebuild in 2020 - Main dealer 111 point inspection for buyer peace of mind For sale is my manual, coupe, 997 carrera S which I have had the pleasure of owning for the last 2.5 years and 8k kms, including a 1.5k km road trip at the start of April. Prior to my ownership the car had a full engine rebuild from the world-renowned Hartech, addressing both the significant issues these cars are known for (bore scoring and IMS). The car has all the right maintenance stamps and a full folder of receipts. In my ownership the car has been garaged throughout and taken off the road for both winters. I have done a lot of preventative work spending €10k. The car is ready to go having received a major service and clean NCT in April, as well as 111 point dealer inspection. The highlight of the car is obviously the engine, which is good as new, as would be expected for a 23k km engine which has been serviced every 5k km since the engine rebuild. Engines services post rebuild: - Jun 20 –69k Km – Hartech engine rebuild. - Oct 20 –72K Km – Hartech post engine rebuild check and oil change. - Jul 21 – 79K km – Minor service. - May 22 –84K km – Minor service. - Mar 23 –87K km – Minor service. - Apr 24 –92K km – Major service. Notable maintenance items performed during my ownership: - Gearbox oil - Replace front coolant pipes - Replace brake pipes - Lots of suspension bits - A/C condensers (including protecting grills) - Front brakes - Wheel refurb Changes from standard: - Digital infotainment screen & in car microphone. Comes with OEM. - Short shifter kit from the GT3 (solving the common long throw complaint) - 997.2 inspired updated rear taillights. Comes with OEM. - Retrimmed steering wheel.
