2012 VW Passat, 1.4 Petrol, Automatic

We bought a Prius from Conrad recently and had a really good experience. As with any used car, there are always going to be a few small things that need sorting, and for me the real test is how a dealer handles them. Conrad was excellent. He followed up, collected the car when needed, fixed the minor issues when he said he would, and made sure we were happy afterwards. He also went well out of his way to get the car ready for us quickly, including arranging the NCT and working late so we could collect it as soon as possible. That kind of effort really stood out. We have had the car over a month now, and it has been great. It’s reassuring to deal with someone who genuinely stands behind what they sell. I’d happily buy from Conrad and Clear Lux Auto again.

We were looking for a new family car for more than a month when we found Clear Lux Auto. The service was excellent! We felt much safer buying a car from people who actually understand cars, especially since they also have a garage on site. Elvis is a gentleman—very patient and happy to give us all the information we needed to make the right decision. We got the car on our first visit, and more than a month later, I can guarantee it was the best decision we made. I can't recommend this place enough!

I recently bought my Honda Fit from Clear Lux Auto and I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the car and the service I’ve received. 😊 This week I had an issue and Clear Lux Auto sorted everything straight away and was covered under the warranty. It’s really reassuring to know that you’re looked after even after buying the car. I’ve found everyone at Clear Lux Auto to be friendly, helpful and very professional. I’m absolutely delighted with my Honda Fit and would have no hesitation recommending Clear Lux Auto to anyone looking for a car. 🚗❤️ Thank you to all the team! 😊
